CXF WebClient API {{org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.client.WebClient#create}} may be used
to create thread-safe WebClient. However, this feature is not exposed to the
JAX-RS client implementation {{org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.client.spec.ClientImpl}}.
It would be beneficial to offer the thread safety functionality through
{{ClientImpl}}.
