As described in these postings the example 'simpleWebapp' needs a change in the
configuration of the Realm-B FederationEntryPoint

A fix is suggested that applies the use of existing maven Profiles (realm-a,
realm-b) to ensure the correct realm-uri is used in the setting of the
FederationEntryPoint.
