Hi Sergey, sorry for late response. I finally get time today for this issue. I
wrote some tests and it turns out option method doesn't work as expected when
we set keep.subresource.candidates to true. It requires a check to force
keep.subresource.candidates flag to false when http method is OPTIONS,
otherwise it returns 404.
