Or may be SampleRestApplication is picking it up, given
"http://localhost:8080/services/helloservice/"; is returning "No services have
been found" which indicates application.properties have been loaded which is
where a servlet "/services" context is redefined as "/services/helloworld". But
https://github.com/apache/cxf/blob/master/distribution/src/main/release/samples/jax_rs/jaxrs_spring_boot/src/main/java/sample/rs/service/SampleRestApplication.java#L39
is not effective, while ii was effective when SampleRestApplication was loading
CXFServlet directly.
I'll try to look more into it next week
