Well, unlikely any of us will have a chance to reproduce it on WAS and WAS
8.5.5.7 in particular, but also note that CXF 2.7.x is no longer supported.
Please try CXF 3.0.9, I vaguely recall doing some more work about
HttpServletRequest parameter maps. So try CXF 3.0.9 which is Java 6 compatible
first and let us know if it helps
