To make the Fediz container plugins work, it's necessary to specify a role name 
in the web.xml configuration. However, it may be the case that you don't care 
about authorization, only authentication. In that case, you will need to 
configure all the roles in web.xml that match the roles of the authenticated 
user.

This task is to add a new configuration parameter which will add the 
"Authenticated" role to all authenticated users, so it's easy just to specify 
the "Authenticated" role in the web.xml.
