Ingo, unfortunately adding more logging interceptors into CXF is not really an
option IMHO, with CXF already having 2 logging features (for now at least).
However I did this update to the core logging interceptor only:

This is what we discussed above - a basic check is done and if the 'enable
logging property' is set to false as a contextual property then either in or
out or in/out logging will be disabled and similarly - enabled.
I added a credit to you in my commit - I knew you were ready to do another PR
yourself :-)
Christian - IMHO it is safe to sync it to the new interceptors
