Perhaps you may indeed need to return to the idea of having isExpired method -
however as I said in your earlier PR Servlet3Continuation was empty.
How would you implement Servlet3Continuation.isExpired() and what 'sExpired'
really means to you, the fact that timeout expired once ? But note as I said in
CXF we have JAX-RS AsuncResponse suspending the continuation multiple times....
