I prototyped a no-op main client application, but it will need to be completed,
probably by copying the code from say restful_dispatch client code which shows
how to use JAX-WS Dispatch. I can look at it later on (will probably ping Dan
to remind me how to do it :-)) or if you can get some time - please update it...
