This task is to add a new logoutRedirectToConstraint plugin configuration
parameter. It is a regular expression that is matched to the supplied 'wreply'
parameter for signout. If it is not specified, then the 'wreply' parameter is
ignored, and the plugin falls back to using the "logoutRedirectTo"
configuration option.
