You can return JAX-RS 2.0 Feature with Application.getSingletons() when JAX-RS
Application is used to initialize a servlet , if not using Application - list
them as part of the "jaxrs.providers" init parameter.
To register CXF Feature: use a "jaxrs.features" init.parameter
I think this is issue is invalid, unless I'm missing something ? Thanks
