There is no way to set CXF bus properties when using DOSGi.
These are sometimes required, e.g. for setting the
skip.default.json.provider.registration property, without which a custom JSON
serialization provider does not get precedence (since the change in provider
sort order in CXF 3.1.2) and can no longer be used. Other bus properties can be
useful as well.
