It would be great to allow a role mapping on the plugin side. This would make
it easy to accept a SAML Token with predefined (remote system) role IDs and map
these IDs to application known role names.
Example mapping:

RoleA=Role1,Role2,Role3
RoleB=Role4
RoleC=Role2,Role4
