Hi Dennis
Francesco reported that even without OSGI an upgrade to 1.5.13 did affect
Syncope, which means that may be some CXF integration code might need to be
tweaked to cover some of the paths first. Then at the next stage we can start
thinking how to avoid OSGI specific issues as well
