When using the Swagger2Feature with Swagger UI, requests to paths ending in
"ico" (such as /magnifico) are routed to Swagger UI, which causes a 404.
The below regex in SwaggerUIResourceFilter needs to include a dot [.] before
the ico extension so only files with that extension are routed to SwaggerUI
{code}
.*[.]js|/css/.*|/images/.*|/lib/.*|.*ico|/fonts/.*
