If we upgrade it to latest one, we will get other issues. My project is tightly
coupled with this release.
Looks like spring is trying to create a bean of "XMLBindingFactory", but its
not able to. I guess, this trying of bean creation is happening cyclicly until
it successfully able to create that bean. But that is not happening and it is
ending up in "StackOverFlowException".
