Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
FYI cxf-bundle no longer exists in 3.x (see
http://cxf.apache.org/docs/30-migration-guide.html).
I assume there is something wrong with the dependency list in your pom, but as
you can't attach it, I can't help you. You can also attach a smaller project
which reproduces the error.
Otherwise run mvnDebug instead of mvn, attach the debugger and find out why
XMLBindingFactory cannot be created.
