Fix Version/s: Invalid
3.2.0-SNAPSHOT is a SNAPSHOT version and therefore not available on central.
I suggest to use the latest 3.1.11 release, either by downloading the
distribution from http://cxf.apache.org/download.html or using the Github tag:
https://github.com/apache/cxf/tree/cxf-3.1.11
