Summary: introduce a property to set an informative message for
the reason phrase when it's null in the response message

Some http server like tomcat 8.5+ won't return the reason phrase in response by
default, we better introduce a property so that we can explicitly tell the user
the "no reason phrase in the response" when this property is set and when the
reason phrase of response message is null.
