Jackson 2.9.0 has incompatible changes that need to be adapted in swagger-core
(https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-core/pull/2342). We need to solve the
OSGi Guava issue first (see CXF-7316). After swagger-core is updated, we need
to adapt the Jackson changes in JaxRs2Extension class.
