Dennis, I wonder if it is the way I run the system test but I do not see, after
getting the server starting in process, that Swagger2Customizer is called at
all. Dan spotted earlier that the system tests such as
Swagger2RegularServiceDescriptionTest fails because the security defs are no
longer reported and I can't get Swagger2Customizer hit at all. I wonder is it a
1.5.16 thing may be ? I'll need to sign off for a bit...
