I think there could be a confusion with the terms _sub-resource locator_ and
_sub-resource method_.
My understanding is that a _sub-resource locator_ is a method that have a
{{@Path}} annotation but no _request method designator_ (e.g. {{@GET}}). A
_sub-resource method_ has both. Also BarResource.getBar() method isn't a
_sub-resource method_, but a _resource method_. See section 3.4.1 of the JAXRS
2.0 specification.
