Summary: CXF didn't cleanup the temp file in tmp folder.

The tmp folder become bigger and bigger, then i found that the CXF saved the
attachment as a file in tmp folder.
But it didn't cleanup those temp file.
It's weried and i didn't know why it did't cleanup those it generated.
I think that's a terrible bug.
Any solutions?
