Sergey, not sure I get this point: 1) make the UI resolver injectable with the
current resolver code becoming the default implementation.
For Swagger2Feature we had (I still have I believe) only one implementation
(which is later branches off for non-osgi / osgi). This was the default one
and, afaik the current one, and the single one. Do we have another
implementations available?
