Presently, CXF requires a default constructor on all components being used in a
CDI runtime. This is because we first create a {{PerRequestResourceProvider}}
and then replace that with a {{CdiResourceProvider}}. We should come up with a
way to use the already created {{ResourceProvider}} instead of instantiating
two of them.
