Dennis Kieselhorst resolved CXF-7694.

Resolution: Fixed
CXF supports both OpenAPI spec 2 (the old classic Swagger stuff) and the new
OpenAPI spec 3. I changed the sample to use the new one. While dynamicBasePath
was default for Swagger2Feature it has to be set explictly for OpenApiFeature.
[~reta] [~ilgrosso] was this intended?
Anyway I've fixed the sample in master branch.
