So you guys mean we should upgrade to jaxb impl 2.3.2 for both jdk8 and jdk11?
If so, I need to run more tests and we should use org.glassfish.jaxb 2.3.2,
where jaxb-impl and jaxb-core combined to jaxb-runtime
