1) I honestly don't know, please drop a message to CXF User List
([http://cxf.apache.org/mailing-lists.html]) with this question
2) Please increase it based on the method execution time, more reliable way
would be to use the 2nd approach which was suggested previously where you could
be in control

4) Not sure exactly what specifics you are referring to, but official
documentation usually is trustful source.
