we should add another ContainerRequestFilter for OpenApiFeature, so the swagger
related request can be intercepted and won't go in camel router, like what
we've done for Swagger2Feature.
In V3, io.swagger.v3.jaxrs2.integration.resources.OpenApiResource.getOpenApi
should be used to fetch swagger(json|yaml) payload
