Summary: Introduce an example for using the WSAT transaction in CXF

First I get the idea from [https://cxf.apache.org/getting-involved.html] and it
is lacked of supporting the web service transaction currently. Also I just
worked with the narayana team before and we have the xts subsystem integration
with the jboss-as container. So it could be great to introduce an example to
show how to integration with narayana to support the transaction between two
cxf web services. Anyway, I know that it is few interest in WS transactions
from the customs or the community. But I expect the people could learn from
this quickstart that we have this capability to support the transaction within
the CXF.
