Just to let you know, I've looked at this, but I do need to get a clarification
from Apache Legal before I merge it. The Narayana Transaction Manager is
LGPL which is not something we're allowed to link to for any core,
non-optional, functionality in an Apache project. Since this is entirely in
the scope of an example and not really a core part of the project, it SHOULDN'T
be an issue, but I want to verify with legal first.
