The change for CXF-8032 exposes this issue but it's not the root cause.
Previously the FluxReactorTest ran successfully because the server side using
LoggingOutInterceptor, if not using LoggingOutInterceptor, with/without change
for CXF-8032, it fails consistently.
Using LoggingOutInterceptor or not shouldn't change the behavior of
FluxReactorTest
