If we deploy a REST Service with the Swagger2Feature enabled, then Swagger
internally caches the API representation for the next call. However if the
service is redeployed without stopping the VM (e.g. copying the jar into the
Karaf deploy folder), then the cached API is still returned, even though the
new service is deployed.
