Regarding these POMs in the repository
[https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/cxf/cxf-parent/3.4.0-SNAPSHOT/]
Beginning with the following upload, the POM files have extraneous character(s)
at the beginning of the file and render the file as invalid XML. Therefore, all
builds that would refer to these POMs, the builds fail during the wsdl2java
steps.
