Fediz provides a solution for adding query params to the request URL when using
WS-Federation protocol by supplying a callback handler class via the
'signinQuery' property, but not for SAML SSO protocol. The goal is to extend
this option to SAML SSO so that additional query parameters can be added to the
sign-in request.
