[~romain.manni-bucau] is it still an issue? I have looked where the
`org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.utils.AnnotationUtils#getNameBindings` is being used, it
seems like it is always fed the annotations from the "real" classes (probably
with the exception of JAX-RS application). Do you have hints how to reproduce
it? Thanks.
