Hello, I do not understand how to declare serviceName but it seems that there
is many way...
What is the order of priority and is there any specification about this part ?
here are list of potential name of serviceName
* webserviceClient annotation
* sei name
* implementor name
* webService annotation serviceName
* config serviceName
* port name
