Description: currently we have related tests to enable it with
javax.ws.rs.core.Feature on javax.ws.rs.client.Client(pure JAXRS API), but we
better have another test to demonstrate how to configure JAXRSClientFactoryBean
with org.apache.cxf.feature.Feature to enable Client Cache
