Hey [~ffang] , could you please describe why TRACE was disabled for CXF? For
the context, I am working on JAX-RS TCK fixes, a number of tests use HTTP TRACE
to verify the client / server behavior, but since TRACE is disabled, tests do
not pass. Thank you.
