This copying of the headers in MessageContextImpl creates a case sensitive
headers map:
{{MultivaluedMap<String, String> rootHeaders = {color:#000080}new
{color}MetadataMap<>(root.getHeaders());}}
This certainly breaks something - I've for example stumbled upon the map
containing "Content-Id" header and AttachmentSerializer looking for
"Content-ID" and not finding it.
