This dependency is widely used by other projects. Hibernate orm workaround
issue by directly pushed the patched version built by themseleves to repo :
[https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-orm/tree/main/patched-libs/jaxb2-basics]
and I saw this jakarta change has been requested for different places :
[https://github.com/javaee/jaxb2-commons/pull/46]
and [https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jaxb-api/issues/205]. Hopefully this
project [https://github.com/javaee/jaxb2-commons] can be moved under
eclipse-ee4j and continues to evolve.
