Fix For: 4.0.0
Due to Spring 6's baseline is JDK17, we have to run Spring relevant tests with
JDK17. When use JDK-17 or higher version JDK version to build and run tests, it
needs a release 11 to maven compiler plugin to guarantee the output binary can
be run on JDK-11.
