Thank you Andriy, that's a pretty good point.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid the pages you refer to misuse the term "changelog",
which is not synonymous with "release notes". A changelog "is a log or record
of all notable changes made to a project", not just those made in a given
release. Therefore, ideally, a project which builds 1 software product would
have 1 changelog and _x_ release note documents, where _x_ is the number of
releases of the product.
The documents you mention are titled "release notes", yet each refers to
another document called "release notes", which doesn't make sense. I recommend
to retitle the _Changelog_ section "Changes".
