CXF 4.x cannot be used with the Eclipselink MOXy JAXB implementation because 
the org.glassfish.jaxb.runtime.v2.ContextFactory implementation is hardcoded in 
the org.apache.cxf.common.jaxb.JAXBUtils.java class.
