The derivation of package names from URIs should handle https like http. This
is also requested in the latest xml binding specification
https://jakarta.ee/specifications/xml-binding/4.0/jakarta-xml-binding-spec-4.0#mapping-from-a-namespace-uri
(note that the https case was added in version 4)
