Recently, the Santuario/XMLSEC and WSS4J libraries added the support for the
Key Agreement method. See the following tickets: SANTUARIO-511 and WSS-706.
The purpose of this task is to implement tests within the cxf library to verify
that the Key Agreement method for encryption with EC and XEC keys is working as
expected with the CXF framework.
