We added the JAX-RS TCK for EE10 in Version 3.1.5 to TomEE to test the current
status of CXF 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
The current result is, that only three tests are failing.

I am not sure, if these are on the CXF-side, but will open this issue
regardless, so you can either confirm that it is a CXF thing or I will going to
dig on the TomEE side.
