Update benchmark soap http doc lit suite for CXF 4.1.x
Test class KeystorePasswordCallback should update to use
org.apache.wss4j.common.ext.WSPasswordCallback.
Avoid transitive load from HTTP repo for encache (not issue on main CXF build,
just benchmark module).
Update slf4j-jdk14 version to align with CXF 4.1.x
