[~bocamel] I think this very related problem: it seems like the client sends
non-chunked request (this is expected) but the server replies with chunked
response (I believe `AllowChunking` has no effect here since this is driven by
server). The Apache HttpClient5 conduit does not support the response chunking
yet.
