Which RFCs are in play here, is it RFC 2616, 4743 ?
When you say 'will be using chunked transfer encoding at the moment', isn't it
that you have the stream in CXF and can calculate the outbound size or ?
This is a change from previous behavior so we need to understand what direction
CXF is going.
